Single Mama Pregnancy Support Groups
Our mamas come from all walks of life, and everyone has their own story to tell. We would love to surround you with love and help celebrate you and your baby. That’s why you should consider joining one of our pregnancy support groups.
At each of our support groups we talk, we laugh, and we cry, but most importantly we are there for each other in times of need. It is a safe place where you can go and just be yourself.
We want to see you flourish in your new role as a mom, and will walk alongside you to make sure that happens.
Who Can Come To The Support Groups?
- Single pregnant mamas
- Single adopting mamas
- Single mamas with kids
Those who are currently faced with an unplanned pregnancy and looking to keep or adopt their baby are more than welcome to attend one of our support groups. Or, if you’ve already had your baby and are in need of additional support, we’d love to have you join us as well.
Can I bring a friend or family member?
If you want to bring a friend or family member to our first group, you are more than welcome. However, we suggest coming alone the rest of the time so it allows you to open up and connect with your Mother Hen.
Can I bring my baby?
Yes! If you’ve already given birth, then you are more than welcome to bring your baby. We want you to be there, and will have plenty of moms there to help with your little one if needed.

What To Expect When You Join A Support Group
You can expect to:
- Gain lasting relationships
- Take home free baby supplies weekly
- Receive a fabulous baby shower
- Get pampered during a special day of celebrating you
- Get connected with a Mother Hen
Our support groups run twice a year. Once in the fall and once in the spring. They last about 10 weeks and we go through a curriculum that walks you through finding freedom in motherhood.
You will be connected with a Mother Hen your first week of attending, and they will continue to support you throughout the duration of your pregnancy and into becoming a mom.
Toward the end of each semester we will throw you a fabulous baby shower and spend a day pampering you and making you feel loved and special. Our goal is to see you thrive in your new role as a mom.
Why Do You Need Support During Your Pregnancy?
Becoming pregnant for some is challenging, especially for those who may not have been expecting it or are doing this all alone. Our goal is to walk alongside you and support you throughout your pregnancy, as well as, after the baby arrives.
We will be there to talk to, cry to, or vent to. You name it, your Mother Hen will be there for you.
I know you might be thinking you don’t need support. But, in all honesty, we all need support in some way shape or form. So, you might as well get the support you need from a vetted mama who has been there before.
We want to help you as you journey through motherhood and all of the joy it can bring.

What Is A Mother Hen?
A Mother Hen is an experienced mama who wants to support other moms, and in some instances has been in your position before.
Their goal is to love you and support you throughout your pregnancy and into motherhood. They will check on you every now and then to see how you are doing, or to see if there is a need we can fill for you.
Trusting them might take some time, and that is totally okay. We want you to feel comfortable, so you can go at your own pace. Just like any relationship, it will take time.
What If I’m Choosing Adoption? Can I Still Come?
Absolutely! If you have chosen or are considering adoption, we want to celebrate you and your decision to choose life. We know that decision didn’t come lightly, and if you are still unsure, we are here to help and connect you with the right people.
We want you to know that you and your baby will both be loved, and we will support your decision to adopt if that is the route you choose.
